This retreat is intentionally kept small to create meaningful connection, conversation, and support for every mom attending.
The retreat centre accommodates up to 20 overnight guests, with additional space available for up to 20 more attendees on Saturday for daytime programming and meals.
As this is our first Western Canada 22q Moms Retreat, we are thoughtfully learning and growing as we better understand the needs and interest within our community.

Your retreat registration includes:
Friday dinner
Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Sunday breakfast
Accommodations for Friday and Saturday night
The weekend will also include a variety of retreat experiences designed to help you relax, recharge, and connect — including guest speakers, meaningful conversations, quiet moments to rest, and opportunities to build community with other moms raising children with 22q.
